How do I become a member?

To be our member, go to the Sign Up page and complete the registration form there. Provide your correct details as they will be used to contact you and also to make some payments.

How do I Sign In?

To sign in to your account simply visit the Sign In page and login with the email address and password you provided when you registered.

How do I recover my Password?

If you forgot your password, simply visit the Sign In page and click the Forgot Your Password link. A form will be diplayed where you type in the email address you used to register. Click the Send Password Reset Link button to receive a password reset link to your email. Press the button provided in your inbox or copy and paste the link provided on the url to get a password reset form. Provide your email address, new password and new password confirmation as required. You can now visit the Sign In page and login with you new password.

How do I Invest?

Once you login to your profile, there will be an Invest link on the navigation. If you click this link, a form with fields to select the Investment Amount and Duration will be displayed. Select the amount you need to invest and the duration and submit the form. You will be required to confirm or cancel the Investment. If you want to go ahead with the investment, simply confirm. You will be redirected to your dashboard where you will find the details on which account to pay or you can click on the Investments link on the navigation to get instructions.

How do I make a payment for my Investment?

Currently, all payments must be done to the account provided to you when you request to Invest. Please note that a unique reference (HST) number will be given for every Investment. Use that number as Reference when you make your payment.

When will my payment be confirmed?

Payments are usually confirmed within 72 hours. However, we also have to keep track of the daily payment limits on our accounts by the Bank when we confirm and schedule a payment for the same Investment. As a result, some payments might be confirmed after 72 hours. If you have any questions after paying kindly contact our offices.

How do I get paid?

Once your payment is received and confirmed, a payment schedule will be made with the Bank based on the duration of your Investment. You can keep track of the days left for you to be paid on your dashboard when you login and press the Investments link.

How do I change my Personal Details?

To avoid fraudulent activities on your Profile and Personal Details, only the Admin will be able to make some changes. If you want to change anything besides your password, please contact our offices.
